Mr. Kishore Dhokne, a visionary technocrat, holds a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from LIT, Nagpur (1983). He began his career with Savita Chemicals Ltd, gaining hands-on experience in production, marketing, and process development. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, he later established his own consultancy for turnkey chemical projects, helping several industries set up and optimize their operations.In 1997, he founded S. V. Plastochem Pvt. Ltd., realizing his long-held dream of building a manufacturing enterprise. Under his dynamic leadership, the company evolved from a small Stabiliser unit to a multi-product organization catering to PVC, Paints, and Pharmaceutical sectors across 10+ countries.A true innovator, Mr. Dhokne proudly pioneered the manufacture of pharmaceutical tin compounds in India, a milestone that addressed critical supply chain challenges in the pharma industry. His deep technical expertise, strong industry network, and market foresight have been instrumental in the company’s sustained growth and success.Beyond S. V. Plastochem, he also founded Advent Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd., a venture focused on pharmaceutical distribution. Recognized for his contributions, he has been honored by LIT Nagpur and featured in Zee Business – Dare to Dream for his entrepreneurial achievements.
