He began his professional journey with Savita Chemicals Ltd., where he gained extensive hands-on experience in production, marketing, and process development. Driven by a strong entrepreneurial spirit, he later established his own consultancy for turnkey chemical projects, supporting multiple industries in setting up and optimizing their manufacturing operations.In 1997, he founded S. V. Plastochem Pvt. Ltd., transforming his long-held vision into reality. Under his dynamic leadership, the company grew from a small stabilizer manufacturing unit into a diversified, multi-product organization serving the PVC, Paints, and Pharmaceutical sectors across 10+ countries.A true innovator, Mr. Dhokne pioneered the manufacture of pharmaceutical tin compounds in India, addressing critical supply chain challenges within the pharma industry. His deep technical expertise, strong industry relationships, and sharp market foresight have been key drivers of the company’s sustained growth and global presence.Beyond S. V. Plastochem, he also founded Advent Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd., a venture focused on pharmaceutical distribution. In recognition of his entrepreneurial journey and contributions to the industry, he has been honored by LIT Nagpur and featured on Zee Business – Dare to Dream.
Mr. Aditya Dhokne represents the new generation of leadership at S. V. Plastochem Pvt. Ltd., bringing with him a blend of technical expertise and modern management vision.He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Sinhgad College of Engineering, Pune (2014), followed by an MBA from S. P. Jain College, Mumbai.After gaining hands-on production experience in the chemical industry for about a year, he joined S. V. Plastochem Pvt. Ltd. in 2016. Since then, he has been actively contributing to the company’s strategic growth and operational excellence.Mr. Aditya combines his engineering knowledge with a strong understanding of business management, enabling him to streamline operations, explore new markets, and drive innovation within the organization. His focus on modernization, sustainability, and customer-centric development continues to strengthen the company’s position in the global chemical industry.As a young leader, he is committed to carrying forward the legacy of S. V. Plastochem while steering it towards a future of technology-driven and sustainable growth.
